There are many different classes that make up our whole Team Program, which makes it a whole program within itself. Gymnasts are selected by our professional staff and given a chance to try out for one of our team classes. Any child who participates in any of our classes that are not in the team level are always evaluated for progression and recommended to our team staff, if they show talent. Girls compete in USAG sanctioned meets.
